Welcome. I'm a Cordon Bleu trained Chef, I've traveled the world, worked for the British Royal family, the Emperor of Japan, I've managed the hospitality and backstage for over 360 world class concerts, looking after the artists, countless famous people, world leaders, owned several restaurants and a brewery. I've owned houses, cars, and yet like a lot of people, I found myself miserable and unfulfilled. Overwhelmed by the world's constant pressure to conform to a life that puts fences around you, stresses you out and makes you a slave. This page is about my journey to break free from all that, and get back in touch with the Earth, and mother nature and the food we eat. Going back to the source like we used to. I'll soon be a happy homeless nomad travelling in my rv, sourcing local ingredients, creating cooking tutorials for you and, writing about my experiences.
